Proof of Identity (Any one): Aadhaar / Voter ID / Driving License etc.

2 (Two) Joint Passport-size photographs with white background (wife on the left of the husband)
Age Proof (Birth Certificate / School Certificate / Passport) (Photocopy)
Residential certificate from the village or colony (Husband & Wife) (Original)
Affidavit of marital status (for both bride and groom)
Medical Fitness Certificate (Husband & Wife) from Registered Doctor (Original)
Identity and address proof of three witnesses (if solemnizing)
No objection from both the parents/parties (if solemnizing) (Original)
3 (Three) witnesses with ID proof (Photocopy) compulsory at the time of registration

For Registration of Marriage:
Marriage invitation card or photograph (if already solemnized)
Proof of marriage solemnization (e.g., church marriage certificate)
Letter from village council/ward/colony Panchayat Chairman (Original) — if no Church Certificate available
